Yoga

My individual and small group yoga private sessions can help you get started with your yoga practice (beginner basics) or deepen your practice (advanced power vinyasa flow).

I’m available to teach small group classes in my studio in DTC, or at your workplace for a fun team training. I teach beginner to advanced classes in cycle, athletic training, boot camps, yoga, and circuit training.

If you have a few races under your belt and want to run faster, stronger, or further; I will show you how to improve your running skills with advanced strength and nutrition plans!

Whether you’re training for a 5K, 10K, half or full marathon, or even an ultra trail race, we will work together to get you strong, healthy and ready to compete and enjoy the event to its fullest.
